I believe in the importance of using my skills and voice to help empower my clients. I look forward to a long career in the mental health field where my community members, especially people of color, veterans, women, and individuals needing a cheerleader and advocate in their corner, can receive the care that they deserve. I want to understand the whole person and hope that everyone will soon be able to see themselves for who they are and not by what society or their diagnosis tells them. Seeking mental health treatment is a big step and I want to celebrate each person’s journey.

Our sessions will be a safe space to be vulnerable, open, and honest. I will encourage you to take things one day at a time and know that you are worthy and powerful beyond measures. Therapy does not have to happen sitting still, I encourage you to move your body as needed and welcome the playfulness and joy that comes with self-acceptance and understanding.

Are you struggling with a sense of overwhelming anxiety, and your usual methods of coping are just not working anymore? Perhaps you've been hesitant to seek professional advice because you had a bad experience with a therapist, or you simply dislike labels. I am here to lend a hand. I strive to practice in a way that is most comfortable for my clients. For some, a diagnosis feels like validation; for others, it's a prison. I am happy to provide the service that best suits your needs.

I believe that good therapy is collaborative and non-authoritative. As a queer individual from the south, I am confident in my ability to provide meaningful services and support in LGBTQ matters. I also specialize in neurodivergent issues. My approach draws from mindfulness, meditation, somatic therapy, spiritual guidance, and solution-focused therapy.
